YES! If you're treating strategy isn't put into an algorithm and back tested multiple years, then you're literally going to lose all of your money no matter what. I made some really risky trades on crypto, but only because I was able to make an algorithm that literally never lost money even during major dips.

im finding that aside from a little of skew leveraging that u need 5-6 figures to safely take advantage of.. the risk of taking a position is always the same.. the reason for this is the sheer magnitude of players in the market. Any position whether its a hedged or open position has roughly the same possibility of making or losing.. so the question really becomes how much did I pay or give up to feel comfortable?

This certainly resonates with me. Eight years of trading and now I'm finally finding some success... The last three years or so have been the most intense. Necessity dictated the need for me to level up.... And the worst thing about the last 8 years.... my guitars have also been sitting on the rack gathering dust.... 😆 I've finally reached the stage where I can focus some time back into my guitar playing. It'll take a while just to get back to square one, but you can't do it all, so you have to prioritise. Trading and training have been my two priorities over the last few years.

With $100M he wouldve picked up everything for pennies,, ans since cash was kind because of deflation in the 30s that money was highly valuble and prices came down rapid becz of cash being rare...
